Meat Krengsengan

Ingredients :
* 500 g beef / lamb
* Soy sauce
* Cooking oil for sauteing
Seasonings:
* 10 spring onions
* 5 cloves garlic
* Dried red chilies
* 5 grains hazelnut
* ginger
* Salt, brown sugar to taste
Cooking Method:
1. Boil meat until tender, cut into pieces and then push it
2. Stir-fry ground spices until fragrant, put the meat mix
3. Add 2 cups of water remaining broth, cook until flavors mingle
4. Add the soy sauce after the sauce is rather dry, stir briefly and serve lift
