oseng oseng kacang panjang ( longbean stiring )

Material:
     100 g tempeh cubed and fried soft-boiled
     100 gr minced chicken meat
     6 pieces long beans cut into pieces
     4 spring onions
     3 cloves garlic
     3 pieces of red pepper Slice crosswise
     salt to taste
     3 tablespoons cooking oil for sauteing (margarine)
Method:
     Slice the onion and garlic.
     Heat oil and saute onion and garlic until fragrant and wilted.
     Insert slices of red pepper, stir briefly.
     Enter the chicken, stir.
     Insert pieces of fried tempeh already half done, stirring constantly.
     Then insert the cut green beans, salt stir for a minute stretch too long so that the vegetables do not wilt.
